I tried getting help with an error code, and honestly... it was confusing?? It took longer than I expected, and I still felt like I was digging around for a clear answer!!! Not the smoothest experience.

The device runs fine overall, honestly. Setup took a bit longer than I expected, which was frustrating, but at the same time it wasn’t really difficult. Once I got through that, it worked like it should. I’m happy with it, even though I kind of wish getting started had been smoother.

I checked a few different places and zautomotive ended up being the one that actually had what I needed in stock, ordering was quick and easy and I didn’t get stuck waiting around just to find out it was backordered later, so overall I’m happy with how it went and I’d use them again

"solid once set up"
i got the Tazer for my Jeep and most of the features worked right away. setup was a little confusing at first, but once i got through it, everything has been solid. i just wish the instructions were a bit clearer.

The product might be fine but the communication was frustrating. I emailed with a simple question and got a short reply that didn’t really answer it. I had to follow up again and wait even longer. Not the worst experience ever but for the price I expected better help and clearer info...

I was relieved by how easy this software was to use. I didn’t have to sit through a bunch of tutorials just to get started, and the menus were laid out in a way that actually made sense.
I only had one small mix-up where I clicked the wrong option, but fixing it took no time at all. For the time it saved me and the lack of hassle, I’d say it’s definitely good value. Easy 5 stars from me

"Pretty handy after using it for a few weeks"
I’ve been using the Z Automotive app on and off for the past few weeks, and overall it’s been a good experience. Setup only took me a little while the first day, and I really like being able to change settings right from my phone instead of messing with anything manually. After a few uses, it’s been reliable, though it did freeze on me once last week and I had to close and reopen it. Not a huge deal, but I do think it could be a little smoother. Still, I’m happy with it so far

I used the docs on zautomotive.com they were easy to follow. I’m usually a little cautious with this kind of stuff because I don’t want to mess anything up or miss an important step, but the instructions were laid out clearly and I didn’t have to go hunting around for answers. I’ve been using Z Automotive for a little while now, and the thing that stood out to me was how quickly the live features updated. I changed a few settings expecting to wait a bit, but they showed up almost immediately. That was exactly what I needed at the time. The site was simple to navigate too, so I didn’t have to spend much time figuring things out. Overall, it worked the way I hoped it would, and I don’t really have any complaints
